Six small things. That grand tropical vacation can’t renew your relationship as much as the six things included in this first exercise. Do these every single week. For life.

Some of them take as little as 2 minutes a day. Others, like Date Night, take two hours. But each of them contributes to a richer intimate experience than any grand gestures. You are giving your partner the most valuable gift you can offer: the gift of time and attention.
